Scope first. Files later.

An eight-step workflow separates the public enquiry, confidential evidence, controlled drafting and final client authority.

Secure client onboarding

Every hand-off has a purpose and an owner.

The public website is for qualification only. Original evidence enters the workflow after scope, confidentiality, access and retention instructions are agreed.

01

Initial enquiry

Share only the request type, approximate size, deadline and non-confidential context.

02

Scope and confidentiality discussion

Identify sensitive material, evidence dependencies, authority lines and the correct service route.

03

NDA and service agreement

Document purpose, responsibilities, confidentiality, permitted systems, retention and deletion instructions.

04

Secure submission link

Provide a project-specific route only to authorised people after the agreement is in place.

05

Evidence review and gap analysis

Map each material question to its source, owner, version, currency and visible gap.

06

Draft response pack

Prepare concise answers from the approved evidence without inventing missing claims or figures.

07

Client verification and sign-off

An authorised human checks the draft against the original records and approves disclosure.

08

Final handover and agreed deletion or retention

Release the authorised pack, remove access and follow the documented return, retention or deletion instruction.

Controls in every sprint

The response pack is more than the completed form.

Each engagement is designed to leave the manufacturer with a cleaner evidence position for the next request—not a black-box answer set. Every answer must trace back to a source.

Question-to-evidence manifest

Shows the source, owner, date, location and status supporting each material answer.

Gap and decision register

Separates missing evidence, accepted assumptions, owner decisions and work that must be excluded.

Claim-strength review

Tests whether a statement is factual, qualified, aspirational or unsupported before it reaches the buyer.

Approval and release record

Confirms who approved the final responses and which version is authorised for submission.

Security note: scope first, share second. Sensitive files should not be sent until the data route, access controls, retention period and authorised recipients are agreed for the engagement.

Start with the live request

Turn the live request into a controlled response pack.

Check fit privately, then start a non-confidential conversation about the deadline, scope and evidence condition. No files are uploaded through this website.
